Great live chat experience.
Had some issues with my online login and spent a fair amount of time on the phone with a rep. trying to straighten it out. After issue was resolved, I noticed that the current rate is much lower then what I am currently paying. Went to live chat and the rep. was very helpful and changed me over to the lower rate with no issues. Rep. was very professional and helpful. |

Promise of a gift card
When i signed up there was promotion for a $50 gift card to be give after 6 month of service. It is now 9 months and they still can't tell me where/when a card was issued. DO NOT believe them. They lie!! |

Gave me a good initial rate and then bumped it up to double what my utility provider was offering as their standard. Zero notification as to increase in rate, very deceptive |
